You have probably been wondering about the weight loss and how it's going. Well my way of thinking now is to always make some changes every day, to counter act the food I have been eating.
The great thing about the journey for me is that I know that the weight can come down. It's just about putting in place things daily or weeking to make sure the weight at least doesn't go up.
The weight has taken a little of a back seat for about a week or so as I have had to attend to things and appointments with my dad. But the special time spent with him has been good.
So, you are probably wondering about some important update on the weight loss and here it is. DON'T GIVE UP. YOU CAN DO IT. I know I can now and will continue to lose kg by kg until I'm at the weight I want to be. Will keep you posted.
