Hi and Welcome. I hope you enjoy my blog and hope we can share my love of cooking and making craft items which I have made for many years. Juggling motherhood and work has been fun and a learning experience. Runawaywombat is an Etsy site where I create classic items which are vibrant, practical and fun. Once a upon a time - weight loss - weigh in

Well, As you do I went onto the scales and the weight is coming off. 68.7kgs but I now have to be good with the food to make sure it keeps going in the right direction. I love to here from anyone with some encouragement. I could do with some help on keeping the motivation going.

I'm starting to really get some shape back and the confidence is coming as well. All good so far and I hope to improve some more. Will keep you posted.
