Well, It's Friday and in some ways I'm to scared to stand on those scales. I don't think I can get to 67kgs and yesterday my eating habits weren't great but I gave myself a goal and as promised I will stand on those scales today. Will post later the results so stay tuned and hopefully there will be some encourging news, Hopefully.
Though I have come to the conclusion that the weight will come off and I do make little changes most days to do that, either through portion control of food( that's hard) or the exercise.
So, what have I learnt from this challenge? It can be done but I need to put in place goals to achieve the end result. And it's not easy. The weight just doesn't fall off because I was good for one day. But it's something I can do everyday to help to get to the weight I'm happy with. I will have my bad days and on those days the weight will go up, for sure, but the goals and challenge can start the next day. Will keep you posted.
