You are probably wondering how the weight loss is going. I am within my goal weight, probably another one or two kilos and I would be very happy. The gym and training have been excellent. I have really increased my fitness and strength lately. I was at the same level for over a year and was making, what seem like, very little progress.
This last 4 or 5 weeks I have really improved and have taken on a lot harder exercises to do. So, if you are wondering if I have given in and back to my old ways. Not really, I still eat what I like but with limitations. the big plates of food are gone. I can't seem to be able to eat them anyway.
I still have my treats but I think about what I'm eating and try not to over do it. The best thing about all of this, is my back is strong, I just get out of bed in the morning and I feel stronger.
So, I thought I would catch you all up, with the journey. One which will continue forever.
